The New Jersey landlord who kept homeless families, sent from New York, in deplorable conditions has pleaded guilty and has been sentenced by a judge. CBS2’s Lisa Rozner reports.

Men, women, and children have been moved out of shelters and placed into homes in New Jersey, some of which had no water and no heat. Some even had holes in the wall. CBS2’s Lisa Rozner reports.
