Directions to Essex County Courthouse

From New Jersey Turnpike:

Get off of the New Jersey Turnpike at Exit 15W which is I-280 West. Once on I-280 West, exit at 14B, which is Broad Street/King Boulevard. Make a left at the end of the ramp. Then make a left onto Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. Proceed and the Courthouse will be on your left.

From Routes 22, 24, 1 & 9 or I-78:

All of these highways join a little north of Newark Airport. Follow signs towards Route 21. Route 21 South becomes McCarter Highway. Make a right turn onto Lafayette Street then make a left turn onto Mulberry Street. Proceed and the Courthouse will be on your right.

From Garden State Parkway:

Exit the Parkway via Exit 145 to I-280 East. Once on I-280 East, exit at 14A which is Martin Luther King Boulevard. Make a right at the end of the ramp onto Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. Proceed and the Courthouse will be on your left.

From Route 3:

Take Route 3 towards the exit for Route 21 South. Route 21 South becomes McCarter Highway. Make a right turn onto Lafayette Street then make a left turn onto Mulberry Street. Proceed and the Courthouse will be on your right.

From I-280 East:

Once on I-280 East, exit at 14A which is King Boulevard. Make right at the end of the ramp onto Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. Proceed and the Courthouse will be on your left.
