Mark J. Cintron Founding Partner
Mark J. Cintron is The Cintron Firm’s founding partner. Mark graduated from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. with a Bachelors of Science in both Government and Psychology. He then received his law degree from Seton Hall University.
After almost eight years with another firm where Mark was a partner, Mark followed his dream of starting his own law firm. In his practice, Mark handles a large amount of landlord-tenant litigation. He has assisted many landlords with evictions, drafting lease agreements, and preparing proper notices to tenants. He has also represented numerous tenants with fighting eviction, getting back their security deposits and addressing their living conditions and rights under their lease agreement.
In addition to being the managing partner of The Cintron Firm, Mark serves as a Municipal Court Prosecutor for the City of New Brunswick and the City of East Orange and handles criminal and traffic matters, expungements, personal injury cases, and collections. He has been a guest speaker at a variety of legal events and has been interviewed by news organizations, including CBS.
Mark is admitted to practice before all New Jersey Courts, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, New Jersey State Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association and Hispanic Bar Association. He has been involved with the American Cancer Society and is an active contributor to the New Jersey Association for Justice’s Political Action Committee. He is also fluent in Spanish.
Outside of the workplace, Mark is a devoted family man who loves dining, a good Broadway show, and the New York Yankees. At times, you may find him at the game with his beautiful wife, Lynn.
